2025 Tournament Dates:
- Wednesday, April 23rd - Sunday, June 1st

Entry Deadline:
- Registration Deadline: Sunday, April 20th

Entry Fee:
- 1 division: $55.00
- 2-3 divisions: $65.00
|

| Men's Singles: |
- NTRP: 3.0 & lower, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0
- Open Singles (5.0 & higher)
- 50+ (3.5 & lower), 50+ (4.0 & above)
- 60+ (3.5 & lower), 60+ (4.0 & above) |
| Men's Doubles: |
- NTRP: 3.0 & lower, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 & above
- Century (ages add up to 100+; 4.5 & lower) |
| Women's Singles: |
- NTRP: 3.0 & lower, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 & above
- 50+ (3.5 & lower), 50+ (4.0 & above)

Starting Times and Locations:
- There is no charge for tournament matches played at KBTA however matches can be played at any location convenient to the players. If an agreement can not be easily reached, the match should be played at the KBTA tennis center (clay).
- Players set up their match at a mutually convenient time for the players.
- Matches must be completed by the "play by" date (i.e. deadline) of each round
(see the individual draws for the"play by" dates for each round).

All Finals:
- Saturday & Sunday, May 31st & June 1st
|

Reporting Results:
- All results should be reported online.
- Results are automatically posted to the draw sheets.
(except for Round Robins which are posted as soon as possible).

KBTA Court Information & Reservations:
- Court reservations are the player's responsibility.
- Court reservations can be made 2 days in advance thru TennisDirector.com.
- Please cancel any reservation you no longer need

Refund Policy:
- Upon request, a full refund of the entry fee can be issued up until the draws have been posted on the website.
- To receive a refund, let us know that you will not be taking part in the tournament by emailing us at info@allislandtournament.com.
