All players should have received an email for each division entered with who their 1st round opponent is and their contact information along with the deadline to play your first match.  The name and contact info of your Draw Coordinator for that division will also be included.  You should get in touch with your opponent(s) as soon as possible after receiving the email and begin scheduling your first match.

If you did not get the email, let us know.

The first time you click on someone's name from the draw sheet or try to enter a score, you will be prompted for a password.  The password was included in the entry confirmation email you got when you registered.

The deadline to play each round is included in the email you got and they are also listed at the top of each round (on the left side for Round Robins) on the draw sheets.  Deadlines are different for different divisions (depending on size) so make sure you look at the deadlines for each division you are in.

The 3rd set will be a 10-point super tie-breaker (first to 10 by 2).  If all players agree, a full 3rd set can be played (this should be decided before starting the match).  However, keep in mind time constraints of where you are playing if agreeing to a full 3rd set.

    Tie-Break format:
Tie-Breaks will use the standard format - switch sides after 6 points.  In doubles, if everyone agrees, the Coman Tie-Break (switch sides after the 1st point and every 4 points afterward) can be used.

Winners should report match results online as soon as possible after the match.

Each division has a Draw Coordinator assigned.  Their name and number are listed at the top right of each draw and in the email you receive.  Any questions should be directed to them.

If you experience any problems scheduling your matches, please let your Draw Coordinator know as soon as possible.

Rule 3.4: Coordinators must be notified at least 48 hours before a match if an extension is needed.  See rules for more info.

    Doubles Scheduling Tip

When scheduling a doubles match, partners should talk to each other and come up with days/times they can play and then contact the other team.  The other team should talk to each other about those days and then respond - either choosing one of those days or offering alternatives.

Communication should be as a team avoiding all the back-and-forth emails as one partner says they can, then the other says they can't, etc.

If a team sends an email offering dates/times and you want to email your partner to see it any of those days are good DO NOT use 'Reply All' - send the email to just your partner - the other team does not need to be involved in the emails between teammates and it creates confusion when one partner says they can and then later the other partner says they can't.

We all want to win but remember... Have Fun! and be courteous to each other.
